To compete at the next level on the hardwood you must bring multiple assets to the table. WSBA focuses directly on constructing a complete, fundamentally skilled basketball player from head to toe. Through hour-long practices we strive to amplify your strengths and improve upon your weaknesses using methods of training that begin with the basics and progressively increase as your skills enhance. We strive to make you a fine-tuned, well-oiled machine. We like to better think of it as poetry in motion.

STRENGTH
The WSBA program is designed based on your 1. age 2. needs. 3. position with the main focus on the development of your basketball strength and basketball athleticism. Basketball strength and athleticism includes footwork, mobility + flexibility, balance & body control, quickness and agility, first step explosiveness, power & jumping ability, change of direction ability, running technique, upper + lower body strength development, conditioning, and core training. These qualities will translate over to the court and directly improve the 6 main movements involved in this beautiful game. Develop your ideal basketball body with us. The clock is ticking. SPRINTING
Accelerate and beat your opponent down the floor to prevent OR finish an easy bucket.
BACK PEDALING
Keep the game in-front of you, see the floor, have the confidence to control your body and change direction when the game demands, all while moving backwards.
LUNGING
All three planes of motion (back, lateral, transverse)
Develop the balance, body control, power, and core stability needed to separate from and score on any defender.
PIVOTING
Taking advantage of your jab fakes, pivots, and first step explosiveness will keep your defenders dazed when attempting to guard you.
